Phantom 210

The perfect baitfish profile stickbait for all pelagics. Designed for maximum casting distance and well suited for all land-based rock shore fishing (including higher ledges) and also boat casting.

This profile was previously trialled at the beginning of Untamed Lures YellowTailKiller development, we trialled a slightly bulkier YellowTailKiller to handle and swim with a wider dart and hold larger trebles for it's size. This was proven effective on our inshore bite of Yellowfin Tuna down Jervis Bay, with fish even caught slow trolling/jigging with it in wild wind and rough water. The stickbait just digs in and swims in the current. 

By increasing the width of the original YellowTailKiller profile. Essentially the new Phantom is born and takes on a different shape and appearance, with a more angular head and squarer body shape. This dramatically increases the buoyancy to hold larger trebles, wider S darts and kicks. In addition to a seductive body roll shimmer with increases flash output.

At 210mm and 90g +/-, we would put it up there comparably the same class as of a Carpenter Gamma 90. With just as good, possibly even better action and versatility to adapt to all environmental conditions and angler experience levels.

Untamed Lures designs the Phantom to be user friendly, especially when rough water surface chop is present combined with ocean swells to avoid lure tumbling and foul ups which is critical in maximising lure swim time to catch that trophy fish of a lifetime. The shape of the head was also considered for the profile of the lure to allow it to dig into the water in rougher conditions but still give maximum action with the shortest of jerks, sweeps or even cranks of the handle.
